Thabisa is an eclectic and dynamic singer/songwriter, a South African who has made New Haven her home. Her unique approach to her music, international appeal, and sultry voice are on display in her latest single, #SweetSorrow, which draws from her lived experiences, inspiring the creation of a third album and tour. Fans are beckoning to hear some of their favorites like #Thetha Inyani, #Mfaremfare and #Eyodidi longing for sounds that promote Africa in global stages while keeping her ‘je ne sais quoi’ essence intact, thus making her #ThabisaMusic.
Thabisa is an independent artist who is making a name for herself with her energy, charisma, and incredible voice. Thabisa uses her talents and time to take part in social justice work, community engagement programming through her artistry and thus founding her own nonprofit, Rich Arts Collective, as a way of “building bridges of human understanding and connectivity using music, art, and performances.”
Thabisa will surely move you and knock your boots off!
