Long Wharf Theatre is dedicated to making our spaces welcoming for individuals with physical disabilities. Whether you need wheelchair seating or other accommodations, we are here to assist. Please inform the Box Office before your visit, so we can ensure your experience is as comfortable as possible.

Wheelchair Seating:

Accessible seating is available in designated areas.

Please notify us in advance for any assistance with seating arrangements.

Our venue is equipped with ramps, elevators, and accessible restrooms to support mobility needs.

Parking:

Accessible parking spaces are located near the main entrance of each venue.

Additional assistance is available upon request for easier drop-off and pick-up.

We proudly offer open captioned performances for select productions during our 2023/24 season, making it easier for individuals with hearing impairments to follow along. For details on upcoming open captioned shows, check each production’s page for availability.

To provide a seamless experience, accessibility information specific to each venue will be listed on the individual show pages. Whether it’s information about seating, parking, or hearing devices, you’ll find everything you need to plan your visit.

Assistive Listening Devices: Available for all performances, these devices amplify sound without affecting other guests.

Sign Language Interpretation: Offered for select performances.

Large Print Programs: Available upon request, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the full details of the production.

Service Animals: Service animals are always welcome. Please notify us in advance for seating accommodations.
